FNQ based Enemy of Anemone is the epitome of unique, fun and fresh music. A selection of some of the area's finest musicians, these guys, as a group and as individuals. They've been influencing, advancing and just generally rocking the Far North for some time now. Spanning genres, styles and influences, their sound and show is like no other. Defined only by themselves, they can and do seamlessly slide into any line-up be it hip-hop, punk, indie or rock and leave any crowd wanting more. With each individual able and willing to take to the mic and front the songs, these gentlemen provide an incredibly unique, super enjoyable atmosphere and performance. Insanely intricate instrumentals and their thought-provoking lyrics have crowds experiencing a wide range of emotions all the while thoroughly appreciating and enjoying every moment. Highly in demand and widely loved, this is not a show to be missed.

TAIPAN TUCKEY
Hailing from Western Australia 'Taipan' Tuckey (a name his mates gave him after years of working with dangerous wildlife) is a blues artist with his roots firmly in the earth.
Having previously played in many rock and heavy metal bands, he rocks about as hard as you can with an acoustic guitar with a particular love of slide playing hook driven riffs, and epic solos. Since starting his solo career in mid 2022, Tuckey has played all over the country with plans to release new music soon.
